HomeBuild recently completed various improvements for me that included considerable deck repair and power washing, front porch power washing, and painting, and some interior repairs as well. The deck improvements involved removing and replacing many boards and screwing down all the boards that the home builder simply nailed resulting in many boards bending, twisting, and coming loose. In addition, they did a thorough job of sealing the entire deck not just on top and sides but underneath as well with a beautiful natural looking sealant that they suggested. Not only was their quality excellent on everything they did, but equally important, Rafael's communication and responsiveness were second to none, and his crew kept me informed on status and anticipated completion, and their rates were very reasonable!
